Denise is a counsellor, life coach and complementary therapist. She trained in therapy with Stuart from 2003-2005, completing observation, training and assessment totaling several hundred hours of practical training, and many hundred more hours of independently assessed distance learning theoretical examination. This was accredited by the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy as appropriate psychological therapy training leading to practitioner registration. She then went on to complete externally assessed level 4 awards in Clinical Nutrition, Herbalism, Life Coaching, Complementary Health and Professional Therapeutic Counselling. She has completed level 3 awards in Oriental Diagnosis, Diet and Nutrition, Criminology and Crystal Healing (accredited post completion). She is in the last 18 months of a BA Combined Social Studies (Criminology) Honours Degree (part time). Denise also has a BSc Open Degree specialising in health studies and psychology.

This is particularly effective in addressing cases where stress or anxiety have both mental and physical symptoms.

Denise is currently available in a support and administration role while pursuing a separate career and coping with disability issues.
Denise is an enhanced disclosure checked mental health support worker in the voluntary sector and has completed vocational training in WRAPS, Mental Health First Aid, and a range of other topics. She received an award for outstanding volunteering for Health in Mind on the 7th June 2012.
Denise specialises in female issues counselling and coaching, stress management, moving on from abuse and moving on from offending. She also provides crystal healing, Reiki, energy kinesiology, colour therapy, relaxation therapy and chakra healing. She is a Reiki and non traditional Reiki Master.CCC, & NACHP registered Counsellor

Denise has assisted in writing two externally accredited practitioner training courses in Holistic Healing, one at level 4, and the other at Level 5. She assists in practitioner practical training.
